My Heart Kedebaks - Kedebuks

Yesterday was Monday. Before that was Sunday. Err.. A motivational programme was recently organised for some 230 students under the Yayasan SHHB Education Intervention Project. The "Traverse Through The World of Globalisation" programme themed "All-Day Study", which was held in conjunction with the second school term holiday, was organised by the YSHHB Volunteer Unit. Out of all the students who took part, 72 will be sitting for SPN Year 8 exam. 82 students will be taking PSR exam, while 78 will sit for their PMB (ok, now it is clear that it's not 92. Hahaha)

Then it was their turn to draw one using a given topic.

Overall, it was fun for the kids. They took part in all games and it was very happening. I had to laugh so much that my face is now te-krim. However it was a rather dissapointing atmosphere for the SPN and PMB students in the other hall because there were so slow and some games were skipped due to not enough time.

Brunei is the 99th country affected by the H1N1 Virus.

Seven cases so far (as at 10PM 23 June 09)

GENEVA (AP) — The World Health Organization says the global tally of deaths from swine flu has increased by 51 to 231.

WHO says most of the latest deaths occurred in the United States.

It says Colombia, Chile and Canada have also reported fatal cases.

WHO says the number of reported cases reached 52,160 on Monday. This is an increase of 7,873 since Friday.

The global body says Algeria, Bangladesh, Brunei, Fiji and Slovenia reported their first cases over the weekend.

Earlier this month, WHO declared swine flu a "moderate" pandemic that would likely continue for 1-2 years.

Fairs

The Brunei International Defence Exhibition (BRIDEX) is the premier defence & security event in South East Asia. That's why The 2nd Brunei Darussalam International Defence Exhibition and Conference will be held from 12th August to 15th August at a new site that I mentioned in my previous post. Remember? The rugged building near the beach~

Now I know the reason why they built it near the beach because this is all about defence right, so ianya berkenaan dengan askar2.. whice means one day they will showcase the defence and security system in land, sea and air. See, I'm great!! Not a bimbo. Hahaha.. You should watch Fool's gold, it's sublimely funny. Matthew McCoughney and Kate Hudson are the best pair to play the part. Eh how come I talk about movie aa? Dukk.. Back to Bridex!! Yes, don't forget to come during the expo it's just 15 minutes drive from home. Yeppi..

Another expo will be held this year is The 4th Brunei International Halal Market Conference. I think there'll be an expo too about all the halal products from the country and internationally. Although the last expo didn't have a very good response but this time I think it's going to be better. It will be held form 1st August to 2nd August. I'm also not sure when the time it will open and close and where it is going to be held. Probably at ICC. Just keep tuning~

DPMM is going to the Quarter-final of League Cup after beating Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) FC 3 -0. It is the biggest win for Brunei DPMM FC since participating in the S-league in February this year, top ten league in Asia. The goals were scored by Ivan Jerkovic (27), Shahrazen Said (43) and Abdelhamid Berguiga (75). So far DPMM have won the game narrow-ly but this time they beat SAF FC again... SAF FC is currently second in the league. This is a really positive improvement after last few matches they were really stumbling down only to win a game in their last four matches alongside the negative singaporean papers talking about Brunei DPMM FC playing harshly in the league in order to win the match which then made the Bruneian team to be hated by others.

Think they can continue the momentum?

I can't wait for the Consumer Fair part 4 which will be held at the end of this month. Yeppi.. I went to the same fair last time in January, it was absolutely awesome. This coming fair also featuring Thai Fair. Remember, this is Consumer Fair Part 4 feat Thai Fair and NOT Thai Fair alone!! This is the most successful fair in Brunei Darussalam which attracted more than 50,000 visitors throughout the 4 days expo, actually they lost count during the final day so it could be more.

We had bowling yesterday and it was my first time. Weheee.. Barutah I pernah memigang bula bowling tu.. barat rupanya.. dukk.. menamparr.. mun tegugur di kaki nyaman tu rasanya macam spa treatment.. before atu, I had to pick up Dai yang batah kan menunggu aa.. be iron rambut tia segala.. hello.. aku kali ni aa.. bukan sundayyyy.. I'm not the one to impress.. haha.. anyways..

I remember buying this tahun 2005 and it took me a while kan membali.. bepikir ku dulu.. at the end membali ku jua akhirnya after berulang alik masuk keluar kadai tersebut.. tapi sampai ani I nda pernah pakai.. dukk belipattt.. sampai nda muat sudah.. haha..

Ani adalah t-shirt Pytat gave me during my 18th birthday.. I wore it 2 - 3 times and now nda tia muat lagi.. kalau I pakai ketat hingga menjolok mata..

Mesin Rumput Yang Pemajal

I was attending the BPM FASS Fabolous Nite last Saturday evening. It was a great night with all the song performances and theatre show. The theme was purple and black but I don't have purple and black, so I used Levi's dark brown instead. I know I'm not a FASS student but someone forced me to come, she was so kaling memajal kan menagih hutang mesin rumputnya aaa.. dari awal bulan sampai tah on the day the nite atu kan kana adakan nyuruh memajal ikut. PEMAJAL KO DAII!! We came around 7.30PM but had to wait for 45 minutes for the arrival of special guests. Also present in that event was Adib, because he had to perform a couple of songs with his band members. Another surprising turn up was Prince Azim and his four others step siblings (I think).

The event started with speeches from BPM FASS president and the guest of honour. Around 8.30PM, we ate!! yayy.. that was what I look forward too. Haha.. Dukk.. Then there were lucky draws and many many other activities that I malas kan bagitau. The event didnt take long, it ended around 10.ooPM but we left the ballroom (if that) jam 10.30PM since si kaling pemajal menagih hutang mesin rumput atu kan begambar2 saja sama lecturers.. Kata tukang gambar but ia yang over begambar. Penipuuuu!!! Finally, I arrived home safely at 11.00PM and I didn't have a good night sleep. :(

Having said that though, I woke up handsomely (ehhh.. obbaa..), maksud I, I woke up nyaman-ly and tarus bangun tedangar bunyi alarm yang menyucuk ke telinga ini. Hayyyy!!! Bersedia segala and off I went to Yayasan. Done with Yayasan, Iera, Far and I went for a movie which was rated 18+ due to some nudity. Nada deyh, I was only kidding pasal teingat I still orang memajal mcm kaling yang menagih hutang mesin rumput aaa.. Actually the movie was rated PG and it was Night at The Museum 2. The movie was awesome and funny and great and hot and memorable and rugged and amazing and cool and original and lipat to the max. I recommend you to watch it, you wont regret it.. please watch it, im begging you to watch it (hmm now I sound like si kaling yang memajal menagih hutang mesin rumputnya aa... dukk.. ).

After the movie, we all didnt know where to go next, we were clueless and were standing in the middle of the siring of the bangunan *huh?.. bangang macam kera yg belakun dlm Night at The Museum 2*.. standing, still standing and clueless for 10 minutes.. and that reminds me of masa in high school canteen dulu when about 10 of us standing in circle trying to figure out what to eat.. and in that circle, we actually sang a song 'Maybe' until the first chorus... and dalam sekelip mata we tau tia apa kan di makan.. amazing right.. it just that time atu Iera, Far and I saja and Im not sure if they hapal the song.. mun nda benyanyi tah sudah tu we..

Jalan punya jalan, at the end.. we all ended up in our own room jua. Ada yang tarus meliat DVD yg di balinya on that day (aku jua tu) Haha.. and there was not much to do malam nya. So I ended up meruah almari I yang panuh uleh baju.. but I am not going to talk about the meruah ruah atu dulu because it is best decribed mun ada gambar... this time cannot dulu because I have trouble transfering the pictures from my Cellix to my Dellix. You can catch on that soon. As for now, I need to rest and have a delightful dinner later. I am so tired~ I went to the gym for roughly 2.5 hours and then ke UBD sports complex to jog arah track for 13 rounds in 31 minutes. There I met few friends and lecturers, as usual.. you know who they are~ and from UBD barutah I balik cuci cuci kereta. However, I wanna buy a cargo pants, a short and a shirt that I saw this morning. It will cost me around $100. Uhuk~ I need money~ Please donate your money to me. Hahaha.. Laps~ That's all about today.

The One With The Opening Ceremony of Convocation Festival

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Pro-Chancellor of the Universiti Brunei Darussalam launched the 20th UBD Convocation Festival two days ago.

This one month long festival is sure going to be exhilarating. There will be activities inside and outside the campus. The beach carnival will be held on November 9th at Pantai Muara and a Public Outreach Programme on 11 and 12 of next month at The Mall.

I was one of the volunteers volunteering for this event. It was indeed a successful one because I was in it. Lol. Our job was to make sure everything on the stage, booths and segala were all set and complete. Nda ada kecatatan. Hayy!! We were told to come before 8 but I came late because...
