The Fun and Fierce Friday

Since there is not much to do, posting this entry may kill the time for such a long boring day. It all started the night before the actual day, Friday. It was planned that we were going to come for the Pelangi's Rentak 914 Volume iv CD launching to support not only our friends but other local artists as well. So we went. It was learnt that Izza wanted to come but as expected, she an-gin.

I was all ready to be picked by our huge and muscular driver, Hid-ayah, but only after one and the half hour. Such a long wait, I became so hasty and I almost called off and join Izza's an-gin club. But my patience was very high and I wait and wait and wait... and finally, she came with her piercing look. She wasn't alone. At the back seat was a woman smiling from afar and made me wonder who on earth she was that I lost control of my steps and almost tumbling down the stairs. Owhhhh rupanyaaa si Aysha *Senyum dalam hati saja i*.

As I went into the car, our driver started yelling over something, convincing me that it all happened because of me. So she put me in the spotlight that I caused her tardiness and everything. From my home to Jerudong, she was still yelling and until now I can't remember why... deloo me. All I wanted at that time was  to grab  a  melon and sumbatkan ke mulutnya. Puas jua ati~ Give someone else a chance to say a word! When she talks, it is still like screaming. She has this very very loud voice. She's getting louder each day and people asked why and  I don't know why~ but my theory is; she is getting bigger, so her voice is getting louder. It's weird but true. A day spent with her is like sticking your headset to your i-phone and turn it out loud. A week spent with her, you'd be deaf. She mumbles a lot and that was what actually happened during our journey from my home in Tanjung Bunut to Rimba. It was all hers and I was a bit exhausted listening to her one story and it was long~ In fact, I don't remember what the story was all about because I wasn't paying attention as I was not really interested to know about it or maybe it was damned long that I only listened the beginning part of her story.

Later that night, there was another event, B.mobile's who got talent season 2 competition  top 16. We didn't watch all the performances because it was just okay. Nothing special. Instead of watching a group of dancing teens and listening to someone's singing, we went to the arcade and did some singing ourselves. You really don't wanna see pictures or even watch videos of we singing, it was ... frigging funny. After 5 songs, we then went for a break, we need water except Dai, she needed food so she bought well you know~ that same old waffles.

I guess that pretty much of it. See yaa~

P/S: Congratulation to ABDB for their 49th Anniversary today and today also marked two years since our grandmother left us. Also today, World No Tobacco Day.

Recap : September to December

September :  September was still a fasting month and also Raya towards the end. During Ramadhan my friends and I had 'sungkai luar'. One of them is like a reunion which was held at Tanjung Selera, Tanjung Bunut. It was a fun moment and great night indeed. We had fun and lots of laugh :) Some had to go early while others bringing the fun to Hua Ho just a block away. Lapss~

We had a tour around her house.
It was fun.

At night, kan sleep over at Sap so nda jadi tia. Haha..

Then esuknya si Iq balik.
Ni nah muka2 urg yg patut ko balikan souvenir :P

October : October was still a month celebrating Raya. Also, Badtz Ope house and Birthday with Jau surprise.

Then di ujung2 raya, badtz open house and I had a blast.

Video, Jamming and then at midnight, Jau surprised for everybody.

November : I was on Hiatus

December : Went to DST Carnival where Dai met her boyfriend, NOT Utt but the other one. You know~ I got the chance to kayak and cycling at Empire. It was fun. Lapsss..

Recap : May to August

May : No story for May, sorry peeps. I cant find the May pictures and I just realised that I lost some of the folders that may contain some memorable pictures :( 

June : Many memories terlakar di bulan ini. One of them is Brunei DPMM FC winning the League Cup. It was a great moment for them and the fans and of course the country. I remember people congratulate them in FB status and blogs. It was amazingly like a fairy tale for Brunei, but the fairy tale ended differently. Not a happy ending but sad tia because of Brunei has been rule out to participate in international match until BAFA is resolved. The month June also brought another greatness when Iq was coming home which also ended up depressing at first because he was the fourth person to be infected by H1N1 in Brunei and having Dai as one of the quarantinees too :P Another big news happening during this month was the death of Michael Jackson. Oh my, that was huge. June was such a happening month. H1N1 tah lagi then Michael Jackson. Fuhh.. ngalih eh.

July : I remembered when I was eating out with Iera, Iq and Dai at Nyonya Restaurant at Yayasan. Iq had a very hot and spicy story that he had been wanting to tell us since he was in the UK. We spent hours there just talking about this one particular person who afterall we hate tia. Haha.. Unbelievable man the story. Bak pepatah sepandai-pandai tupai melumpat akhirnya jatuh ke tanah juga. Hayy! We even makan sampai kana halau uleh urg restarant. haha.. laps that night. I think I lost the folder that contains all the pictures :( So may folders I lost already.

Few days later, Dai celebrated her birthday her own way because she didn't come for her surprise birthday and I rugi $7.50 ticket transformer. How could she! The three of us were deloo~ Iera, Iq and I. Instead the birthday girl turned out to be at someone's house not celebrating it. Later that night, we went to her house to celebrate it and we had some pizzas and all. It was good after all.

In the middle of July, Iera, Iq, Dai and I went to the sectret beach. We had a wonderful picnic and Dai and Iq had a contract about not to take pictures of anyone sleeping. Haha.. Actually, I think I may have lost all t he MAY - JUNE - JULY pictures. Hmmm~

August : It's Ramadhan time so the activities was toned down a bit.

Recap : January to April

January: Started the new year with family bonding at Tesek Merimbun, it was fun. Looking forward for more family bonding next year. We should do that more often. It'll be great but not at Tasek Merimbun again. It is one of the most heritage parks in ASEAN with all its flaura and fauna and unidentified 2000 species of habitat but the facilities provided there; two thumbs down. Toilets are dirty like it never been cleaned ever since it was built.

Remember I set 'health' as one of my resolutions this year? Well, I guess that's already out of the picture. Haha..

February : S-league started where Brunei DPMM FC appered for the first time in one of the most Asia's competitive league. DPMM FC's maiden match was aginst Young Lions which ended 1 - 1. I also joined the marching for Brunei's 25th National Day under Yayasan and I got free track suit, cap and a t-shirt.  [SGuess what, tarus I mencari the track suit segala semua.. Hahaha.. I forgot I have those. Now I can use them for the gym. Yeppi]. This year's national day was held at the stadium under the sun which was really really hot. The stadium was not full and people went home early. They should have done it during the night like the 20th National Day and to date, the 20th National Day was the best ever in performance wise and the spectacular fireworks.

UBD open day was held for four days.

Went to RTB Carnival and support an ex-friend in DJ 60 Saat Coompetition.

March : Was a special month for me because it was my 20th birthday and it was held at Cheeze Box, surprised by Dai, Iq, Dum, Izza, Pytat and Fyl. Laps you guys. I didn't expect it to the max. No wonder si dai memajal bawa bejalan on that day. Also in this month, I be H.A.P.P.Y which stands for HIV Awarness Programme among Peers and Youth. It was really fun, Dai cried as usual, Py faked it and I had no feeling. 

Please don't call me 'tal' in 2010.

Next day after my birthday~

Aprril : I remebered tricking Dai by putting a warning note on her car because she parked at lecturers' car park and she thought the note was real. Hahaha.. Kana u sebiji. During this month, I watched a lot of DPMM FC's matches with Mizan and Dai.

DST Carnival

It was great. Had fun with the peeps and it was colourful, blue and green... How earth-y is that? We arrived there around 4-ish and Vj Utt was already on the stage emcee-ing the show. It was good to see people throwing themselves out just to get on the stage with Utt and losing all the challenges like the so called 'Asian killer'. Fortunately, for me... We met Badtz aka Gai, the female- guy with his long soft hair like Rain in the movie called 'Ninja Assassin'. So we stick together2 tia.

After that, there was an autograph session with Vj Utt at booth no 3, my favourite number. The Queue was really long and we didn't know where to start. Dai was like 'Eh malas ku eh, ramai urg tapi aku mau..'. Come on girl, next time make up your mind FAST!. After 30 minutes of Queuing up, finally Dai's turn.. So I took some shots of her and Vj Utt. If she told you she kissed Utt, she is definitely LYING!! BIG FAT LIAR!! Hahahaha.. Utt thought I was gonna take picture with him too but instead we just shook hand because people at the back were pushing hard. Relax people, you will get your turn.

After that, we went around the carnival to look for other things while the AF stars took control the staging area because I don't really watch AF nor do I update my self with the development of Malaysian music industry. Plus I rarely watch TV nowadays, I have You Tube :P

Haha.. That is funny.

FYI, Dai brought home the carrot. Hahaha.. The story goes like this; one day, there was this girl who was very thirsty. She wanted to buy a drink. She stopped by to a booth and bought a drink. While waiting for her drink, Badtz took a carrot and satu biji limau kasturi which he then put them inside Dai's widely open bag/purse. Pointing a knife to my stomach, Badtz threatened me not to tell Dai, so I just zipped my mouth. Sampai lah balik nda bebagitau. Midnight baru tah ia realise ia menapau buah2an tersebut.

Then we went to see some reptiles, mostly snakes. Loved it! Imagine how they crawl on your neck. It felt so good. Like freshness feeling after the shower. Hayyyyy Obbaaaa!

Verdict : B

A week before the exam, Daiera (combine) and I went for a movie 3 years ahead of time, 2012. First, we tried The Mall Cineplex but the 2.00pm show was packed. FULL! So as the 3.00pm, 4.00pm, 6.00pm and 7.00pm. The only available time with better seatings was after 9.00pm. No way we were going to wait for that long! So, we drove to SQ and fortunately for us, there was some available seats for us... Row number three from the screen. Haha.. but at least ada. The movie was awesome but the destructions were so over according to some scientists and geologist. What they saw in the movie would never occur damn fast like that with the tsunami coming inland for thousands of kilometres and so on. I think it's kinda fun to see something like that, that'll make the people more aware to protect the climate and stop destroying the earth.. if not, that'' happen. Haha.. Of course this is a fiction movie and NO WAY! THE EARTH WILL NOT END on 21/12/12.

For the movie, we could also learn family value like how the family reunited in protecting each other from the destruction (in which Dai cried many times while Iera and I laughed.. haha..).. Well at least there's a reason to cry because it was between people and people. Jangan mcm allien in the attic, meliat alien balik ke planetnya pun kan menangis. Hahahaha.. If I were to compare the old version of 2012, the new one is more logical than the old one because in the old movie, the destruction was quiet intense too but was stopped by a pregnant lady who eventually gave birth inside the mayan temple. As if a new Adam was born, so the world did not end. Unlike the new one, the destruction did happen until it finally came to a halt and no one gave birth or whatever. It's just that the human civilisation was saved (so did the giraffes, elephants and Monalisa.. haha).. and it went back to the year 0001, as the saying goes 'The end is the new beginning'.

Sungkai and Jalan

It has been a very hectic week. This that up and down. Left right true and wrong. Sahur sungkai rumah luar. Fwehh! I'm very lazy to type, so I just upload pictures for you to enjoy and see what I've been doing for the past weeks.

Dai thought the sungkai buffet was $26.80. Hahaha.. Deloo.. It was $16.80. The food wowed me! I love it!! Abundance of food yg berbagai2 macam but couldn't eat em all since my stomach was already full. :( There were eight of us Iq, Dai and I in a car and Iq's friends, from Sheffield Ainaa, Amal and Ridha with their respective boyfriends. It was fun especially be able to know them after months of knowing them form Iq's blog.
